***t&h Signature Hand Blended nail polish***

Hi there! i hand blend and customize nail polishes as well as stock hard to find commercial polishes. the line is in the early production stages. you might also find some crafty supplies or seemingly random stuff stocked here. i am happy to answer any questions you may have. communication is a top priority at Twee & Honey. thanks for visiting!

t&h signature polishes come in 10ml Italian glass bottles with black or white caps, standard nail brushes, & 2 stainless steel mixing balls per bottle. because all balls should come in pairs ;)

Most t&h polishes are now made to order. small orders can be ready within a few days and ship within the week. if i have a queue of processing orders or receive a particularly large order it could take longer. in such an unlikely event it is my goal to keep you well informed. if you are concerned at any point with how long it may take for you to receive your t&h products, do not hesitate to email me for an estimate. t&h items that a re ready to ship will be noted as such in the listing. commercial products are ready to ship unless they are marked "PRESALE" details of which can be found in their respective listings.

all t&h polishes are "Big 3 Free" and noted as such. this is not guaranteed for other brands of polish listed in the t&h shop.

PRESALE

"PRESALE" on an commercial item means that i have the item on order from a distributor. new collections or sold out items that are being restocked form the manufacturer generally have PRESALE listings. generally there are significant wait times. details will be in the respective listing. you can expect your PRESALE order to ship 24-48 hours after i receive it from the distributor. when ordering Presale items at the same time as In Stock items please note that your order will ship together. again, if you have any concerns about the amount of time it will take for you to receive your order or any Presale polishes please feel free to contact me about it (preferably before you order).

PAYMENT
i accept Paypal, Chase Person-To-Person Quickpay, checks, money orders and hopefully soon, google checkout. please contact me for further information if you opt to pay by check or money order. if there is some other way you would like to pay that i have not mentioned let me know. perhaps i can accommodate your request.

SHIPPING
IT IS BEST THAT YOU INQUIRE ABOUT SHIPPING OPTIONS BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.

most listings reflect USPS First Class pricing. while First Class rates are less than Priority for small polish orders, i HIGHLY recommend you upgrade to Priority shipping. a Small Flat Rate Box is presently $5.20 and max capacity varies from 6-9 polishes depending on the brand, size & shape of the bottle. if you are unsure about what shipping option is most cost effective for your order feel free to ask. If you prefer shipment by any other method such as UPS, FedEx, overnight, want to add insurance, etc...please let me know.

in most cases i ship within 24 hours, however, the official shipping day for t&h is thursday so if, for example, you place your order on a monday it's scheduled to ship out on the thursday following. If you order on thursday then it's slated to ship the next thursday. if you need your order to ship to sooner than the next shipping day please contact me and i will make every attempt to accommodate.

POST PURCHASE
due to the nature of cosmetic products & in the interest of hygiene, all sales are final. i do, however, want you to be pleased with your t&h purchase. if this is not the case please contact me to assist you further. i ask that any issues with your purchase be brought to my attention within 7 days of receipt. i regret that at this time postage cannot be refunded.

CUSTOM LISTINGS
please do not attempt to purchase custom listings that are not listed for you. the order will NOT be fulfilled. your payment will be refunded minus a 15% Relisting fee.

TWEE & HONEY CHARMS **not yet launched**
purchases & promotions earn you Charms. Charms will be redeemable for such things as gifts, free shipping, coupon codes etc...the system is not yet launched as i have not worked out every single detail. knowing that i intend to launch this system shortly after the launch of my Hand Blended line, i don't think it fair to have my first few customers lose out. early customers of Twee & Honey will be eligible to retroactively receive Charms for purchases made prior to the official launch of the Charms system.

THE FINE PRINT
there are colors & finishes such as purples, holos, glitters etc... that are extremely challenging to capture in a photo. computer monitors can display color differently as well. each individual's perception of color, texture, size, shape, etc are not the same. please take this into consideration when making your purchase. if you need help making a selection (such as additional photos etc) feel free to ask for help.

t&h signature polishes are mixed in small batches, by hand, from top-quality B3F commercial components. there is a dye lot factor- colors will vary slightly from batch to batch.

prices for rare commercial items are based on a lot of factors. how difficult they are to find, the amount of time since production, amount released, and how involved & costly it would be to reproduce. i try to keep these prices fair. i source my polishes from reputable distributors. this often involves haggling, convincing them to ship and hours upon hours of research. many times these items cannot be found anywhere else. when purchasing commercial items from me you can rest assured you are receiving authentic products, new and factory fresh. no imitations or bottles that have been kept in conditions that would compromise the integrity of the polish.
